Entity-Level Translations is a different translation mechanism from the UI Translation Management screen: instead of translating the interface itself, it translates the actual data a business enters — a product's name, a category's name, a branch's name, a tax label, a supplier's name, and a defined list of other record types. This lets a company sell the same product under an English name to one customer and its Arabic name to another, without maintaining two separate catalogs.
Which language a request's data comes back in is resolved from an explicit language parameter when one is supplied, or otherwise from the signed-in user's own saved language preference. A record with no translation for the requested language simply displays under its original name, so nothing ever appears blank. Only a fixed, developer-maintained list of record types support this — new ones are added deliberately, not opened up to arbitrary data.
