posflect's interface text — every label, button, and message across the app — is organized into namespaces, roughly one per screen or feature area, so an admin translating the system can work through it page by page rather than facing one giant undifferentiated list. Every text key always has an English default; a language that hasn't translated a particular key simply falls back to showing that English text, so a translation in progress never leaves a blank or broken label anywhere in the product.
An admin can edit a whole namespace's translations at once from the Translations screen, for any active language configured in the system. For bulk work, the whole set — or just one namespace — can be exported to a CSV file with the English text alongside the current translation for a chosen language, edited in a spreadsheet, and re-imported in one pass.
