The page builder is where a website or store's pages are designed. Open Pages & Design, choose a page, and edit it on a live canvas: a page is made of sections, a section holds columns, and a column holds widgets such as headings, text, pictures, buttons, cards, icon boxes, counters, galleries, carousels, maps and contact forms. For websites there are also live widgets that pull from your content — services, news, team, testimonials, gallery and branches — and ones for the site menu, the search box and the language switcher.
The header, home page and footer are ordinary pages assigned to those roles, so they are designed the same way as everything else. Any other page you build can be linked from the menu or footer, used as the About or Contact page, or attached to a single service or article.
Every section, column and widget has a Style tab (spacing, colors, backgrounds, borders, shadows, typography) and an Advanced tab (alignment, keeping a section fixed at the top of the screen as the page scrolls, animations). Pages are built to adapt to phones and tablets, and what you see on the canvas is what visitors get. A Global Design panel sets the site-wide colors and fonts.
