When a new company signs up, posflect doesn't just tag its rows with a company ID inside one shared database. It provisions a brand-new, fully separate database just for that company, and every request to that company's subdomain is automatically routed to its own database connection.
This means there is no shared table where a bug, a bad query, or a misconfigured permission could ever expose one company's sales, customers, or staff to another. Each tenant's database is created, migrated, and seeded with its own starter data the moment the company is set up, whether that happens instantly through a self-serve demo conversion or manually from the platform's own admin panel.
