Website SEO Basics

What Posflect does for your site's search visibility — sitemaps, language tags, canonical links and metadata — and what remains in your hands.

Posflect sets up the technical side of search visibility for websites and stores automatically. Every site publishes an XML sitemap listing its pages, services and articles, once per active language and with links between the language versions. Every page carries a canonical address and hreflang tags so search engines know which version belongs to which language, and pages declare a title and description drawn from the content you write. While a site is in Maintenance or Coming-soon mode, the sitemap is emptied and the status page is marked noindex.

What decides how a site ranks is still the content: clear page titles, useful descriptions, a real summary for every service and article, and text that answers what a visitor is looking for. Translated pages count as separate pages, so translating them well is worthwhile. A site on your own domain, rather than a Posflect subdomain, builds its own search reputation over time. The small Powered by Posflect credit in a site's footer is an ordinary link to posflect.com.
