The Activity Log is posflect's audit trail — a record of who did what, and when, across the system. Rather than logging every single request by default, an administrator chooses exactly which actions to watch, matching a specific route and HTTP method, and whether to log the attempt, the success, or both. Every login also updates that user's "last active" timestamp automatically, giving a live view of who's currently working in the system.
Each log entry records the user, the event name, its outcome, and free-text details, and the list can be filtered by user, status, or a search that matches either the event name or its details. The full log can be exported to CSV or PDF for compliance, dispute resolution, or simply reviewing what happened on a given day, without needing to page through the on-screen list.
