The Dental Chart is an interactive, tooth-by-tooth diagram covering a full adult (or child) set of teeth. Clicking any tooth opens its own record, where staff log findings, procedures done, and surface-level notes — building a real, ongoing dental history per patient rather than a single free-text note.
This chart is the hub the rest of the dental module builds on: a specific tooth record can be linked to a treatment plan, a lab case, or a referral to a specialist, so a patient's full dental history stays connected rather than scattered across separate screens.
