posflect's loyalty program is fully configurable and off by default. Once turned on, a business can enable spend-based earning, product-based earning, or both together — they're additive, never exclusive. Spend-based earning awards points from the order's final total, after every discount, using a configurable "points per amount spent" rate. Product-based earning adds a flat bonus per unit for specific products, on top of whatever the order already earns from spend.
Redeeming into wallet credit
Points only ever convert into spendable wallet balance, at a configurable point value, and only once a customer's balance reaches a configurable minimum. Every earn and redeem event is recorded in a full transaction history, so a customer's current point balance and wallet balance are always explainable down to the last order. Returning an order automatically claws back any points it had earned.
- Turn on spend-based earning, product-based earning, or both
- Set the earn rate, the point-to-wallet conversion value, and the minimum balance required to redeem
- Give specific products a bonus point value per unit sold
- Automatically scale back product bonus points when that line carries a discount
- Review a full, auditable history of every point earned, redeemed, or reversed
