The Reports screen is where every part of posflect's data comes together into a single catalog of ready-to-run reports, each with its own filters (date range, branch, cashier, customer, product, or account) and downloadable as a PDF. Access is controlled per report, so a business owner can hand a manager access to sales and inventory reports without exposing full financial statements.
The report catalog spans day-to-day operations and full accounting:
Available reports
- Sales Report and Sales Totals by Period — order-level detail or totals bucketed by day, week, month, or year
- Returns — every refund, its method, and reason
- Shift & Cash Reconciliation — opening/closing balances, expected vs. actual cash, and variance per cashier shift
- Stock Movements and Current Stock Levels — inventory activity and live on-hand quantities against reorder points
- Taxes Collected — tax collected by tax rate and method
- Purchase Vouchers — issued store-credit vouchers, balances, and status
- Loyalty Points — points earned and redeemed by customer
- Journal (General Ledger), Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet — the full accounting picture, built directly from posted journal entries
Every report's columns can be customized and reordered per business, and any report can be exported to PDF for sharing or filing.
